Edit: Theory confirmed. I suspected at least one person would comment on this post talking about the irc op who I had no idea was ever on espernet.

My first thought was that it was shorthand for some obscure high-level fighting game (Guilty Gear) term, like, I don't know, Instant Jump or something (which might be how you do IAD ADC FRC combos.)
